Take the NHS as an example ⬇️ After the disruption created by COVID-19, an NHS trust realised that appointments were being missed. The solution was fairly simple: Initially, they were sending reminder text messages to patients one week before appointments. After analysing their data, they tweaked their approach… Changing this to a 14-day reminder, followed by another reminder 48 hours before the appointment slot. The result? → Their cancellation rate was reduced by 70%! After highlighting this in one of our articles, a CTO reached out and let us know he’d read the case study and would now follow suit. Since then, other trusts have adopted the same process too. (And that’s just one of many examples.)
